Refunds & Returns 

We do NOT accept returns on dried floral arrangements - due to the delicate nature of the vases/dried florals. If you have an issue with your order please contact us & we will help you out the best we can! 14 day returns accepted with original form of payment + receipt on all other items. *Sale items are final sale!* Holiday items cannot be returned after the holiday has passed. You are responsible for any shipping fees when returning item(s) that are not damaged or defective.
